This is the community side of ModShops USA, the national directory of 4x4 and off-road specialty shops.
The directory answers one question — who should touch my rig — and then the visit is over. This is where the rest of it lives: the build that took three attempts to get right, the shop that was worth a four-hour drive, the vibration that turned out to be a loose track bar bolt.
Who is here. People who build and maintain their own rigs, and the shops that do the work. Shop owners post as themselves, under their own names.
How accounts work. Your ModShops account is your community account. There is no second sign-up and no second password — if you can sign in to the directory, you can post here. Owners of a verified shop carry a badge that says so.

One thing above the rest: write the post you would want to find if you were the one searching for it a year from now.
