Death wobble is a symptom, not a fault — a violent, self-sustaining shake of the steering on a solid front axle, usually set off by a bump at speed. The cause is almost always a worn or loose front-end component, or geometry left uncorrected after a lift. A steering stabilizer hides it rather than fixing it, which is why it keeps coming back.

- What was worn or loose when you found it
- What you replaced first that did not fix it
- Whether an alignment or a track bar correction was part of the answer
